Plan providing the most comprehensive coverage are rated 10 - and are listed at the top of each section. Plans with the least amount of coverage are rated 01 - . Plans providing no coverage are rated 0 - . The rating applies to the 24 Hour Hotline and Services coverage element and not the plan as a whole. If you see a plan listed more than once, this means the plan offers different coverage for the residents of the states listed next to the plan name.
