| FLIGHT ACCIDENT:
The Insurer will pay the Flight Accident Benefit for loss of life, two limbs, sight of both eyes, or loss of one limb and the sight of one eye when such double losses are the result of the same accident. One-half of the benefit is payable for the loss of one limb or the sight of one eye. If multiple losses result from the same accident, the total amount the Insurer will pay will be limited to the Flight Accident Benefit. Loss must be within 365 days of the accident. The Insurer will pay for loss of life if your body has not been found within one year of the accident. Our maximum total liability resulting from the same occurrence will be $10,000,000. The Insurer will pay up to the maximum amount purchased, not to exceed $500,000 per occurrence to or on account of any person insured through Travel Guard International. |
